What you can do here
- Review one Work Date or a range of dates, then filter by department or Crew member.
- Open a timecard to review daily position, times, meal information, hours, notes, and other submitted details.
- Notify the department representative selected in Crew when departmental timecards are missing.
- Amendments preserve the earlier record instead of replacing it.
- If a timecard was submitted under the wrong Work Date, move it to the correct date without deleting and recreating it.
- Crew can submit public amendments while the Project's amendment window is open.
- Enter Crew Call, Lunch Out, Lunch In, and Wrap.
- Use the Project Console for quick entry, or open the full Daily Production Times editor in Timecards.
- Use the same filters and timecard detail view to review completed production records during the Project's post-wrap access period.
One production day, one set of production times
Daily Production Times give every timecard on the Work Date the same production-day reference. Crew Call, Lunch Out, Lunch In, and Wrap are entered once and used across that day's records.
- Wrap after midnight remains part of the same Work Date.
- The same production-day record carries through to reporting.
What Crew submit
Crew submit time through the public Crew Timecard form, with no Daily TimeCards account required.
- A department representative can submit multiple Crew members together, or individual Crew members can submit their own time.
- On current productions using Progressive Crew Timecards, Crew can save a timecard in progress and return to finish it.
