How It Works

One production workflow. Crew and Production stay connected.

Crew submits timecards and documents without logging in. Authorized Production users track, review, correct, communicate, and report in the Project Console from Prep through Full Wrap.

Crew and Production

Two sides of the same workflow.

Crew submits the day through the public workflow. Authorized Production users manage what happens next in the Project Console.

For Crew

No login required

Crew opens the project link or QR code, submits a Crew Timecard or required production documents, and receives confirmation. When the project allows it, a Crew member can submit a public amendment.

For Production

Authorized Production users log in

Authorized Production users log in to the Project Console to track submissions, review records, make corrections, communicate, and report.

  • Review records
  • Correct records
  • Communicate
  • Report & Export

The Daily Production Workflow

The production day stays connected from intake to records.

Production prepares the project. Crew submits timecards and required documents. Daily TimeCards organizes each submission by project and Work Date while Production tracks, reviews, and reports.

Submitted timecards can be corrected in Daily TimeCards. Authorized Production users can correct records internally, while Crew members can submit a public amendment when the project allows it.

Prep Through Full Wrap

The workflow changes when the production does.

Capabilities change as the production moves through Prep, Live, Post-Shoot, and Full Wrap.

Information Becomes Production Records

Submitted information becomes an organized production record.

Timecards, production times, documents, and corrections come together by project and Work Date to support communication, reporting, and connected records.

Daily TimeCards supports production workflow and production records. It is not a payroll provider or a substitute for payroll, accounting, union, tax, or legal review.
