Request AccessThe billable unit
One confirmed Work Date is one billable shoot day
A billable shoot day is one confirmed production Work Date included in the project's shoot schedule.
That Work Date counts once for the Daily TimeCards project, even when multiple units work that day. An overnight production day that wraps after midnight remains the same Work Date and one billable day. Separately configured Daily TimeCards projects are priced separately.
Standard-rate examples
5 shoot days
$125
10 shoot days
$250
20 shoot days
$500
Examples use the current standard rate and do not include applicable taxes.
Once pricing is confirmed for a project, that rate remains in place for that project. Additional shoot days added later are billed at the same confirmed rate.
Included with every project
Core production workflow is included
The current standard project model includes the released tools needed to collect, review, report, and organize daily production records.
- Crew Timecards, including Progressive Save and Resume
- Crew Documents and Crew Document Upload

- Amendments and corrections

- Google Workspace integration
- Project users, public Crew workflow, and production oversight tools
What does not affect the standard rate
Crew size, authorized users or seats, departments, timecard submission volume, and multiple units working in the same project on the same production Work Date do not add separate charges.

Request AccessProduct boundary
Built for production workflow, not payroll processing.
Daily TimeCards supports production workflow, collection, reporting, notifications, and production records. It does not process payroll and is not a payroll provider, employer of record, tax or legal advisor, labor-law advisor, union or guild compliance authority, or wage-and-hour compliance service.
When Weekly Summary is enabled, Crew members can receive a record of their submitted time information to reference when completing the production's official payroll process.
