- Date format controls how production dates are displayed.
- Project Admins manage Project Settings. Project Access users have read-only access.

What you can do here
- View the production's schedule and current submission lifecycle.
- Schedule Details includes Production Start, Final Scheduled Shoot Date, the Post-Shoot Review Window, authorized production shoot days, and current Crew Timecards and Crew Uploads status when available.
- Automatic Lifecycle information appears here when enabled.
- Set the Project-level time for the Daily Digest.
- Digests are sent the following calendar day and include timecards submitted for the prior day.
- Users whose notification preference is Daily Digest receive the email at that time.
- Set how long Crew can amend a submitted Crew Timecard through the public form.
- Each timecard line is evaluated independently from its original submission time.
- Internal amendments are not affected and remain available through Timecards.
- Connect and manage the Project's Google Workspace integration from Settings.
Google Workspace, connected per Project
Connect a production's Google Workspace once, then Daily TimeCards can create and use dedicated Project folders and keep supported records synchronized inside tools the office already uses.
- The Google connection belongs to that Project rather than every production on the account.
- Dedicated Drive folders keep Project documents organized in Google Workspace.
- Settings shows the connection state and provides controls to initialize, check, synchronize, resynchronize, or disconnect the integration.
