What you can do here
- Production Date, Department, Submitter, File Name, and Notes stay with the document record.
- Upload Date is recorded separately from Production Date.
- Paperwork can stay associated with the production day it belongs to even when it arrives later.
- Sort the document list as the Project grows.
- Preview files before downloading, or download a copy when needed.
- Authorized Project Admins can remove duplicate or mistaken uploads.
- Daily TimeCards keeps the submission record and document details with the Project.
- The uploaded file is logged and stored in the Project's connected Google Drive.
The Crew side of the workflow
Crew uses the public Crew Document Upload to send production paperwork without logging in. The form collects the Production Date, Department, file, and any notes included with the submission.
